Kjell&Company. is a chain supermarket in Sweden with about 100 shops. They offered high quality Electronics product to the customer. Their shops cover all over the Sweden, and have hundreds of suppliers. Rubicson is one of their brand.
We had met at HongKong Exhibition October in 2015. After the exhibition, we had received the Kjell’s email from The purchaser Celery in Shanghai office. They are interested in the Key Finder KF04A, so after the sample payment, we sent the sample to them, one for Shanghai, another for Sweden. About half a month, we had received their feedback, the function and quality of KF04A is OK, but the price for them is a little higher, and the shape is a little big. So we suggest them KF02D, cheaper and smaller. Several days later, they said whether we could do KF02D as 4 receivers, we have the model they need. And In that month, we joined in a PK activity, so we offer the best price, hope they could place the order quickly. They are kind to support our activity and place the order.
About the payment terms, ours is 30% payment in advance, balanced need to pay before delivery. But they hope we could do TT30. After discussing, we make a compromise, the payment methods is total payment before delivery, but begin with next order.
Solve the payment methods, we started to produce the goods and when send the goods by sea. Before they receive the goods, they place the second order for Christmas.
